We maintain the cold chain at all times. If any perishable product arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve it.

If you're not satisfied with a non-perishable product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
